As this was an entry-level position right out of college, the process was very standardized with the following 5 steps:
Document screening: Apply online with basic information/few essay questions
web test: general aptitude, personality questions (1hr)
informal interview: 1:1 with HR rep (30 min)
1 interview: 1:1 with a higher up in the HR dept (30 min)
Final interview: Interview with an executive officer (15 min)
