Process was a total of 4 interviews they were thorough but friendly. First screened by HR, then talked to the hiring manager then a panel interview and a final one.
Contacted by HR to set up a Zoom call.
At the Zoom call, was basically told I was asking for too much money and that they were really looking for someone to live in Chicago (even though the position was listed as Remote).
Declined any further steps in the process. Seems like they're looking for someone to work under market, and willing to mislead you.

Question 1
Basic HR screening questions related to experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Radiant Logic (Novato, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was found on LinkedIn by a recruiter, who submitted my resume and arranged the interview. It was only about 30 minutes long and was conducted via video conference with HR. It was a pleasant enough experience, although I felt that the questions asked were very generic. I also felt that the answers to my questions about team structure, etc. were a bit vague. I did not make it through to the next round.
