Meeting with HR and Hiring Manager - Step 1
Meeting with CFO - Step 2
Fairly basic process with good information shared by all parties. I wasn't offered the role and unfortunately didn't get any constructive feedback in return as I would have appreciated the information to improve.

Question 1
General of review of resume and how I handle dealing with resolving situations with all departments.
I applied online. I interviewed at RS Hanline (Plymouth, OH) in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted my resume via email. I was contacted via email in response and asked to have a phone call.
On the call, they explained that the position would be required to be onsite from 7am to 5pm daily, including many weekends, and would require frequent after hours work. They wanted a degree and the latest IT certifications.
They didn;t ask any technical questions, just explained all the demands they had for the job. When I asked them about salary, they dodged the question several times. When I was able to finally get a straight answer, the salary was LESS THAN HALF of what the industry standard would be for this position. Coupling that with 9+ hour work days and weekend work, I quickly let them know I was no longer interested.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RS Hanline (Shelby, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
I sat in an office for 3 hours while the person who interviewed me spoke about their child and their career. Spent possibly 30 minutes talking to me about my life up to that point but very little about credentials, experience, or career goals.
