      I interviewed at ROLLER

      Interview

The interview process was super thorough but also really thoughtful. I had about six interviews with different team members, which gave me a great feel for the company and the role. The most challenging part was definitely the role-play—it really pushed me to think on my feet. Overall, it was a tough but rewarding experience that made me even more excited about the team and the opportunity.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

One question that stood out was about handling ambiguity—specifically, how I’ve navigated situations where I didn’t have all the answers or where expectations were unclear. They wanted to see how I approach problem-solving when things are uncertain, how I gather information, and how I make decisions without a clear roadmap.
