Fairly straightforward interview. Panel of 3 with key people. Some competency questions but largely discussion based - wasn't asked to prepare anything. Received an email to say I'd been unsuccessful (I really believe it should be a phone call!). The email offered for me to get in touch if I'd like any feedback, which I did. No response. I chased several days later. No response. Not a great experience given the time and effort I'd put in, in the application and interview prep.
