I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quolum (Bengaluru) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process had 4 rounds. It took quite sometime for me due to my availability. But the process was smooth and the rounds didn't go for long time. The questions tested more about the practical knowledge than problem solving. Most questions were about application design and database design.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
R1: One competitive coding question and some questions on web applications R2: Questions on some middleware and their architecture R3: Questions on database design and one problem statement R4: A problem statement to be implemented with Java
Interview process is not told beforehand, so went with the flow.
In one week, there were 3 rounds taken (not sure if there are any more rounds as I did not receive feedback after 3rd round).
All rounds check for your coding skills and do not align with the JD. JD specifies about knowing candidate should know design patterns, multithreading, REST architecture, AWS and so on but in interviews only coding is checked.
