Standard online application, with standard meet criteria boxes. Interview was presentation to all department staff then panel interview (no one from presentation on panel). Panel questions were standard questions and nothing relevant to the subject.
Same job description used for lecturer and senior lecturer posts.

Bring an item that best describes you and creatively discuss how it describes you. Followed by competency based questions. 3 person panel with the opportunity to ask questions at the end. This was followed by a tour of the campus with another member of staff.
