First they will call you for written test and on the same day you have to face technical test. After a day or two you will be called for oral interview if you have passed phase 1, As soon as you are selected from oral test you will be called for HR interview, then Medical test and final interview with CEO,

Interview
There is no job circular in the websites or newspapers. For this position they only go for internal reference. After collecting CVs they call the candidates on their mobile phone for a viva. Based on the viva if they think that the candidate is competent then that candidate is being informed by evening. After that they will conduct a 7 day long training. Then the candidate will get a 3 months contract letter.

Nothing.... they will just check whether the candidate is able to speak fluently and have the convincing capability and patient. so smile as we all have that :D
