The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

The interview process felt all over the place. In the first interview, they started off with how I would troubleshoot a faulty Macbook, what steps to take, etc. Then I was asked what I would specifically do to handle compliance in regards to certain regulations. They then asked about specific regulations and how I would handle each one (which I was unable to do on the first call). They gave me a list of compliances to research and study for the 2nd interview, which I did. The 2nd interview started, and I was immediately asked how I would handle shipping and sending out hoodies to clients and if $120 per hoodie was too much, and if I would be open to stocking the food and water for the office. I was never asked about compliance, but I was certainly asked if I lived with my family and how that situation was. Nothing related to IT. All my previous experience within IT was thrown out the window and was told it would not be applicable within this company. For the last interview, I had with HR, who presented me with an offer nowhere close to what I was asking for (40% less). I was very upfront in the entire interview process about what I was looking for in a salary. When asked if I wanted to counter, I said of course, and they never contacted me again.
