Interview
They did not have a systematic way to screen applicants. After getting some information on my experience, they offered me the job and that I will undergo a training period first. But along the way what they are offering to their customers seemed vague like improving the reviews of business owners. Seem they did not have a legitimate services to offer.

Interview
One interview. One interview then they hired me and had me training within a week. I left a really good internship to be at this job and they scammed me too. I'm furious.

Question 1
Nothing. It was cut and dry. Looking back now, it was a polite interview to see if I could sell or not.
The job I was hired for did not exist. I was told my skills were needed for the job, but then told that training for the position included sales, which I have never done. When I wanted more information, they company never returned my calls despite offering me a position. It turns out that what they wanted was another body to answer phones and scam small business owners. Please read their reviews on Yelp before you apply or respond their requests.
