Q2 Management interview questions

Initial phone interview with someone from the company. She didn't even introduce herself and called me from a private number. A couple of days later, she called me again and left a voicemail to schedule the next interview, so I needed to call the company and dial her extension but guess what, she said "I am not recruiting for this position, you need to dial that extension" then when I dialled the extension she gave me, I heard the same answer "I am not recruiting for this position". They have no idea what position I applied for, who is recruiting, etc. I did not continue. Very disorganized and disrespectful company. If you have any self-respect, do not apply!

First there was a phone interview - very casual, followed by an in-person interview. The HR Manager was very flexible to accommodate me as I was employed at the time. The interview was informal and gave a lot of information about the company and the role. There was a comprehension timed test - but I enjoyed doing it!
