The process was LONG! I applied, then after a few weeks, I had a phone screening and was invited to complete assessments (which I had a very short time to complete). After that I had an interview with HR. It was regular, in the sense that I had the expected HR interview question. It went very well and I had hope and increasing expectation build-up. Then, scheduling a call with the hiring manager was tricky because of their schedule. Anyways, almost one month later, I did not receive any feedback, even afer my several emails and calls. I think this was a case of silent rejection, which is not OK in general, but definitely not after a candidate spent 2 months in a process (since applying). This is very unprofessional.
