The interview was conducted virtually with the hiring manager. While I had prepared for behavioral questions as instructed, the conversation turned out to be more casual and relaxed. It felt like a natural dialogue, where I had the opportunity to discuss my experiences and qualifications in a more conversational manner, allowing me to showcase my personality as well as my skills.
