Interview
Pretty simple. Met with the center director and assistant director. They asked a few high level interview questions then made an offer the next day. I think they were desperate.

Was your standard multi round process of phone screen, then hiring manager then Chief of Staff. They also added in an interview with another team member however this was after all other interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview with hiring manager was a great interview - it was a conversation about experience and thought process. We were both able to share motivations and expectations naturally without right stating "I'm motivated by ____". There were a few of the stereotypical interview questions that the manager seemed obligated to be asked but there was much more of a natural conversation about the role, about my experience, etc.
The interview with the Chief of Staff was very different and if I was only reviewing that one would rank pretty poorly and gave me a bad feeling of the organization. The questions honestly seemed to be from an article about creative interview questions that try not to appear as interview questions. Such as "if you won't the lottery what would you do?" I understand the purpose of this question but it's so unnatural and for an interview with the Chief of Staff I expected to be even more focused on why I would be a good fit for their organization than some hypothetical to figure out my motivations to work. There were no technical questions but mostly seemed like why I would choose to work there.
My final interview was with a member from the team. I felt it was odd to put her last and not either with the hiring manager or at least prior to the Chief of staff. Her questions were your standard interview questions to get a feel for someone's capabilities. She was able to give honest insight into the role as well.
