It was a four round interview process. The screening interview was with the recruiter. Second interview with who I would have been reporting to. Third interview with multiple employees at the organization. And fourth interview with leadership. I made it to the third round and didn’t receive an update after.
Sat through three rounds of interviews stretched over the course of a month and a half. Requested to and completed a 50 minute assessment. Hiring team and recruiter did not have the courtesy to inform of decision. When asked for status, no response. Such a shame, a simple yes or no is fine, no love lost. Speaks volume about the company. Remember people, job security is never 100% and you can easily be in the position of seeking simply a response.
Interview Process: The interview process is similar to most. There is a panel of people to conduct the interview and the process required more than one interview before they make a decision.
