Productive Power interview questions

It was a video interview. There were questions, you had to record yourself using an app answering the questions. It was actually Very awkward. I’d rather have a face to face interview. Pretty cool product overall.

The one-way Interview was conducted using Spark Hire. The interviews consisted of five questions and your answers were recorded. Some of the questions allowed two takes and a time limit of five-minutes to answer the questions, while others had unlimited takes. After recording your response you have the option to review your response and rerecord a response if you wish. I had technical difficulty on a couple of questions and I had to restart, which counted against my number of responses allowed. At the end of the interview, you have the option of watching your interview.
