The interview process was pretty straightforward with standard interview questions where you discussed your background and the type of work you’ve done. Interviewers were polite and respectful. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Excellent, communicative, thorough. I met with the right leaders, the process was good, and I felt as though I had a good handle on the work. The Management team was engaged and listened and seemed to be excited about candidacy.

Went through 2 rounds of interviews (one in the SD officer and one in the Del Mar office). Both were panel interviews. Everyone was extremely nice. Seemed like a great culture with great people.
