I applied online. I interviewed at ProKeep in Oct 2025
Interview
Despite poor reviews on Glassdoor I decided to interview to feel it out for myself - Pretty straight forward, both individuals I spoke to were nice and asked specific questions to the role itself.

Interview
After applying, I was contacted for a screening call, which was pretty straightforward. I then was contacted for a first round interview, which also was pretty standard. Those I was interviewing with were nice, and willing to share information on the company and role.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProKeep (New Orleans, LA) in Jun 2024
Interview
I felt that the interview process lacked organization and structure. It seemed repetitive, as if I were having the same interview multiple times, which could have been avoided with clearer planning.
The format and timing of the sample assignments gave me the impression that I was being asked to provide free work. There was an initial project of designing something within 20 or so minutes, just to give them an idea about your design style. I declined when they asked for a more in depth exercise, including an entire campaign mockup with videos, that were similar to what one might expect from an employee rather than a candidate.
