Interview team was personable and easy to carry on a conversation. Allowed for time to hear about my credentials but also spend enough time answering questions and talking about the company.
I had an interview with two individuals who appeared to lack competence. The atmosphere during the interview was notably uncomfortable, primarily due to the interviewers' demeanor. It seemed as though they were unsure of the questions to pose. Consequently, this experience left me feeling uneasy about the prospect of working for this organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Private Health Management in Sept 2024
Interview
Horrible. Happened about a month ago but I heard they did this to others too, so posting now. Applied for one role, interviewed, was told I did great in the interview and they wanted me to interview for a higher up position. I did. They did this to me AGAIN, and then I was rejected. I just wanted the original position I applied for, but now I don't have any offer. Wasted my time. Completely unprofessional. Learn to take better care of people's time, and if you do this, make sure they can still get the original job they applied for if they want. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Your basic interview questions:
- Why PHM?
- Why are you looking now?
They also asked if I was interviewing with anyone else or expecting other offers, which I felt like was inappropriate.
