Interview
At first I had about a ten minutes phone conversation expressing my interest in joining the company. I had been referred by a former employee. It was followed by a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes discussing my work history, and goals. Then With the in person interview, It was basically the manager explaining the details of the job, as well as asking questions to see if i would be a good fit. I'm glad it worked out for the best. I didn't realize how different it would be working for another company until i got to preview
