Preqin Data Operations Associate interview questions

It was the worst interview days i ever had. U need really patience to get through all the rounds, It took almost 2 months for me to get final results. They really test our patience. Totally i had 4 rounds. First telephonic ound which was quite normal, asking about prior experience. Senond it was another telephonic discussion with hiring manager, this was lil bit technical & understanding about alternate assests. Third was Technical assessment contains Advanced ms excel questions and 100 words about alternative assessts questions, which was quite difficult to clear. Last round was video cal with US team, you can get questions about past experience and deep knowledge about finance. This is where they take out most of the people. I answered all their questions really well with good communication, But they put me on hold , i didn't selected nor rejected. I dont know where i did mistake, i performed too good, but they put me on hold. Theyr'e expecting a PG degree in Finance. On the same day, my hr told , I've been kept on hold, he himselg don't know what could happens next. Their selection process is completely in US team hands. I was waited for 1 month, still they're saying im in hold. I got fed up of asking follow up messaging to my hr, but no proper response. because of this i rejected my other company's offer. So please dont wait if they said, u r on hold, u won't get any calls. try for different compay. Completely waste of time, i wasted 2 months.

- 3 rounds of interviews. 1st round is a call with HR about your motivation. 2nd is with the hiring manager to get to know more about the role and responsibilities. 3rd round is with a VP.
