This is a sales and commission-based position!!!! The job posting and interview process leads you to believe otherwise. PMC had me submit an online video profile. They called me to interview over the phone. There were not many questions asked. When I asked them about the position and salary, the hiring manger was vague. He had me come in for an in-person interview. An associate told me to follow him to Starbucks where he informed me of how the company operates. He showed me the business model. Employees are trained to recruit new employees. Every signed contract equals commission.

Interview
I applied for this position online, thinking it was more of a marketing-type role. They called me and wanted an in-person interview. I met with the President and the interview was more of a conversation which I liked. He explained the job and asked some specific questions about my past employment history, and I explained some relevant skills I could bring.
