Initial Interview went well. They moved me to phase 2 where I had to take a PI Personality and Cognitive assessment. Apparently I didn't pass because I was not invited to move further. Cognitive Assessment had nothing to with my knowledge in accounting or how to manage other people one question for example was "when did world war II start"
