Interview
The Pompa Program has an easy to follow interview process of answering questions that you are given ahead of time and asked to record and then upload video answers. They responded quickly between video uploads with what steps to expect next.
The interview process allowed me to practice answering situational analysis questions. It was virtual and mandatory that the camera be on. The interviewer was formal but nice. It lasted at least 30 minutes and was recorded!
