Very simplified. Just few questions about yourself, your background and you dedication towards the job. They are not looking for highly qualified people rather just someone who speaks 2 or more languages and are available to work for long hours 6 days a week.

Easy interview anyone with basic english knowledge can pass. Mainly 4 questions are asked. Every one with 12 th pass or graduation both can apply. Questions include - Introduction, what is sales,policy bazar, insurance. These questions are asked mainly to all.

Well, my interview was over in 20 mins.
But, my other friends had to wait for 6 hours or so.
I was asked technical questions.
Such as sell me a credit card.
What would you do in case of an aggressive customer.
