First there was a telephone interview which was based on HR related questions and not technical, then there is a face to face interview in their office followed by a written assessment.After you complete all this they will send confirmation if you are selected or not on your email

Interview
20 minute phone call followed by onsite interview. This entailed about 30 minutes of interview questions with HR representative and team lead of support team. This was followed by a quick quiz which contained 5 customer emails to which a reply had to be composed for each.
