The interviewer was a phsyco (really messed up). He/she(for anonymity purpose) seemed like a HR+ project manager+ developer + CEO +CFO + etc. Wasted most of the time of interview on things he doesn't knew and neither wanted to know of they are being explained to him/her. And was not at all bothered about the knowledge that is needed for the job. He/she is a very eccentric person acted like a scientist researching on things too much and not actually delivering the products on time.
