Initial phone interview went fine, good exchange of information. Invited over to Troy for a follow up/2nd at short notice. Had to take difficult PTO timing off work to go. Prepared well for the interview, was taken to a meeting room that others hadn't booked, then was made to wait for 20-30 minutes for the interviewer to show. Interview was general, a little hit and miss. Followed up with recruiter who had competency based questions that seemed an add-on versus value add. Days after the interview, a brand new role was opened up in San Fransisco. "We'll be in touch for sure within a week, expect our call...". Oh right, week 1.... nothing, week 2, nothing,week 3, nothing, week 4... email... Dear xxx, sorry guys, if you want to play in the big league, start acting like big league. Shoddy and disappointing.
