I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pittsburgh Technical College (Oakdale, PA)
Interview
Phone screen, in person interviews, group of people separately. Test, email follow up with background and reference check.
Very thorough getting to know the keynote leaders in each department. Friendly atmosphere and interview was reciprocal and respectful. Interviewers were also happy to answer questions of the interviewee. The overall experience was one of professionalism. I was given a handbook on the school at the beginning of the interview, which had information on benefits, history, etc, if I were to be hired. The Director of HR was on top of everything and answered all of my questions in an efficient, kind manner. I was very impressed with the way the interview was conducted; although long, it demonstrated they place great care in who they hire and in the methods used to select new hires.

Question 1
Relate your experience to the job role. How do you feel you can contribute to the role?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pittsburgh Technical College (Pitts, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was in two stages, both of which were pretty informal. I met with the director as well as one of the current coordinators, then with the vice president and director. In both cases they mostly just asked about previous experiences and toured the campus.
I heard back after each interview within a few days. I ended up getting offered the job but turned it down. They said that their HR department uses an algorithm to determine salary based on experience. Whether or not that's true, the number they give you is pretty non-negotiable.
