Had a 30 minute interview, and then was assigned a 2-3 hour domain-related programming project to do at home. Then they ghosted me. I emailed the interviewer as he couldn't find my CV during the interview, so asked me to send it, which I did before being ghosted. I tried twice to follow up over the following month with no further response. Remarkably disorganised interview experience without respect for the candidate's time nor the professional courtesy of a response.
