Initial communication was short and to the point. It was followed by two in-person interviews with a panel that ranged from 3 (the first interview) to 5 (the second interview). Participants ranged from top leadership to staff that would be supervised by the position. The process moved at a good pace. Total time of just under 3 weeks.
