Multi stage interview with one PHP coding task that was a little involved as expexted. However this task was not live, it could be completed in your own time so there was no time pressure. The task only had to be completed if you had passed the first interview stage.

Interview
Applied online and got invited to interview.
I had to cancel the interview because I fell ill.
Got offered a second interview and was then told that I would have gotten the job if I didn't get sick.
It seemed pretty straight forward but they were still interviewing people even tough they already hired someone for the position advertised.
