I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Per Sé Group (Wheaton, IL)
Interview
It is a 3 step interview process that lasted approximately 3-4 weeks. The initial is a phone screen interview followed by a 90 minute in person convverational interview. The interview begins with a puzzle that must be assembled. It was an interesting approach to interviewing. The shadow interview that came last was initially advertised as a half day process. It lasted about 2 hours, with a one to one with the senior recruiter. I was advised the VP would reach out to me that following week. No contact was made to me following two emails and a phone call to follow up on status. I came to the conclusion they were not interested by seeing the position was reposted about 2 hours ago. Considering the amount of time that had to be set aside to be a part of the process. I find that their lack of response speaks poorly of their professionalism.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Per Sé Group (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Interview consisted of a three step process; phone screening, panel face to face, and job shadowing/meeting the staff. Overall relaxed, professional and friendly atmosphere. The negative- during the face to face they left you in a room with a puzzle to solve which didn’t seem to have anything to do with the interview or job itself and left me a tad confused. Also, be prepared to spend nearly two full days out of your schedule for the in office interviews, which do not necessarily lead to a job offer. This can be disappointing if you have to take 2 days vacation for an interview. My review would be positive had the company either gave a job offer or kept the interview shorter considering their reason was they prefer to move someone up internally.
