The interview consisted of three steps: 1. Phone Screen 2. In person Interview with hiring managers and HR 3. Interview with Partners at the firm Interview process was straight forward and easy. There was an exam that just tests your spelling and attention to detail during the first in-person interview but it is nothing to worry about. Everyone was kind and clear about next steps. Whole process took around 2-3 weeks.
