I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Payslip (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2023
Interview
I've interviewed with Payslip twice. The first was in 2021 and the second being this year (2024).
They knew absolutely nothing about the role. Kept telling me the Hiring manager (the next interview stage) would fill me in on all the details. They didn't even know the salary range for the role. I thought this was very strange but not surprised considering all of the negative reviews of current employees.
Needless to say I kept an open mind on both occassions. The first interview in 2021 I was totally ghosted after the initial interview. In 2024, I was totally ghosted again.
Stay away from this company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Payslip
Interview
Effective and efficient. 3 interviews including the initial screening call, interview with management and final in person interview with a member of leadership. The entire process felt conversational and all involved made it feel very confortable
