the wquestions were about my resume and talking about my time at my last role and waht my interests are and what I want to do.

Interview
I met over Zoom with the General Manager and he told me all about the role and the company. I actually had questions but he answered them when he was explaining things. The way he explained things was exactly how it was.

Interview
Met the manager. Asked about the ability to provide customer service and be accurate in analyzing documents. Lots of questions about my ability to be reliable. Opportunities for growth seemed good. Medium sized company with many different opportunities. Overall a good interview process.

About my ability to be reliable. Because you handle accounts if you can't go into work other people have to manage your workload so it makes sense they want someone that isn't flaky.
