After you submit your application, they call you in for an interview. Interview was quick, very few questions, and not much detail given about job duties. After that they send paperwork to HR for review. Got a call about a week later to come in. Offer was made and they gave me drug screen kit to do that day. Total hiring process took about a month. Background check and drug screen are standard protocol for all applicants.
