Panel interview of 4 people. At least 1-2 of equal position and 1-2 that are above either in retail field leadership or HQ. Each has a focus area of questions so there isn’t redundancy.

Interview
The interview process was one of the most enjoyable series of interviews I have ever gone through. I received a message via Linked In and applied. My first 2 interviews lasted an hour each. Both of them were professional, relaxed, and conversational. When I moved on to the 3rd interview, I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours with 5 people over zoom. Because of time constraints, mine was 2 hours with 4 people. It sounded like it would be a little overwhelming but the interviews just got better and better. A lot of really pertinent information was shared with me as I answered the interviewer’s questions and it was overall a really great experience.
