Hiring and interview process was average and basic questions. Nothing to the point where you dont know how to answer. Easy interview and hiring process. You do have to have a salesmans license to sell cars. You need to get that after they hire you or if you already have it. Over all expierence with working there was negative. The co workers and managers are not very professional people. Also,very immature and rude. Just a heads up
