I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
The whole process was so bizarre. After being contacted by two recruiters twice in 3 months I thought I would give it a go. I had a phone call with someone who was presumably currently in this role but I'm not certain as he didn't introduce himself. After calling me 20 minutes late he began our chat with "This is how this is going to go". My responses were met with silence as if he were working on something else and I was somehow inconveniencing his day by participating in this interview. A few days after the call I got a rejection email from the recruiter.
You have been at your current role for x years, in that time have you identified a process or procedure that needed fixing and how did you go about it?
Three part question: a) if you had unlimited resources to fix a problem in the world right now, what would it be? B) who would your team be and c) what are your measurable goals to determine if you’re successful?

Interview
They really want to get to know you throughout the process, and see how you think about data in different ways and how you solve problems. You have to build a product which takes a long time.
Started with a quick review of my recent experiences and behavioral questions, and then jumped into a SQL interview. It was mostly a large code file which had a lot of bugs in it that had to be fixed.

Interview
There were 3 stages:
1. Chat with a currently deployment strategist (20 min)
2. Onsite interview: consisted of a 45 minute technical comprehension portion and a 45 minute decomposition portion
3. Interview with hiring manager (30-60 min)
After passing a round, they were very quick to get back to me, usually same day or end of the next business day.
