Interviewing was pretty normal. The first round is with HR. The second round is done by a hiring managers, then follow by Pace's client manager. If you have done well, HR will contact individual with an offer.
Excited to work here! There were many options for the interview, remote or local. Amazing interviewers and good process overall. Management seems professional and solid. Hoping to see what working there is like!
