Interview
I had an initial recruiter conversation for a People/HR role at PVcase. The conversation itself was professional and lasted around an hour, with a good amount of detail discussed about the role, team and company context.
However, the follow-up experience was disappointing. After the interview, I did not receive an update for several weeks. I followed up with the recruiter twice but received no response. Around a month after the recruiter conversation, I received a generic rejection email with no specific feedback or acknowledgement of the previous follow-ups.
I understand that hiring processes can change and that companies receive many applications, but for a People/HR role in particular, I would expect more timely and thoughtful candidate communication. A simple update, even if the process was delayed or I was not progressing, would have made a significant difference.
Overall, the initial conversation was positive, but the lack of communication afterwards created a poor candidate experience.

Question 1
I was asked about my background and experience in HR business partnering, including my fit for a GTM People Business Partner role.

Interview
Had an interview with HR, which went really well. The TA partner was easy-going, and the conversation was comfortable. Then had a chat with the Head of Product, which went really well as well. Had a third interview with an Engineering Manager and a Product Director, which went OK (I know I could have done a bit better). After that, I got an email saying they were moving forward with another candidate. I asked for feedback, but never got a reply. I followed up, same thing. The interviews went well, and everyone was very nice, but I believe candidates deserve better treatment after spending time and energy in the process. A few weeks after, they reposted the position on a job portal. The company and the people seemed great, but I felt very disappointed with how I was treated.

Fue muy desagradable el proceso. El director en la última entrevista se levantó mientras presentaba el case study, no se muteo y ni siquiera tuvo la cortesía de avisar que tenía que recibir un pedido de amazon.
