PVcase interview questions

I had an initial recruiter conversation for a People/HR role at PVcase. The conversation itself was professional and lasted around an hour, with a good amount of detail discussed about the role, team and company context. However, the follow-up experience was disappointing. After the interview, I did not receive an update for several weeks. I followed up with the recruiter twice but received no response. Around a month after the recruiter conversation, I received a generic rejection email with no specific feedback or acknowledgement of the previous follow-ups. I understand that hiring processes can change and that companies receive many applications, but for a People/HR role in particular, I would expect more timely and thoughtful candidate communication. A simple update, even if the process was delayed or I was not progressing, would have made a significant difference. Overall, the initial conversation was positive, but the lack of communication afterwards created a poor candidate experience.
