I was pre-screened by a phone interview followed by a request to complete my application and personality test prior to a one-on-one interview. When I arrived for the 1:1 interview, I was given a basic skills/IQ test to take. The interview was very informative and relaxed. After the interview, I was asked to complete a SECOND personality quiz and also signed a waiver for the company to complete a background check on me. It is two weeks later and I have not received a phone call, email, or follow-up.
