They have a whole training program so the interview, other than a brief resume skim for demonstration of work ethic, focused primarily on emphasizing the kind of work you would be doing, what it takes, and what the rewards are. Essentially, if you are an ideal candidate in their mind, they will try to recruit you similar to how they recruit for a living. But there was a lot of dialog about being realistic with career focus and goals and whether this job was a good fit (trying to check if you'll bite or shy away).
The interview process is standard and relaxed. My interview was via zoom since it was during covid and we reviewed the job description, salary, growth within the company, and overall how the role matches my career ambitions.

Interview process previously was significantly better before they started the sales associate program. They bring on a ton of people and let them flounder after the initial few weeks. Go back to the old process.
