The interview was conducted in 4 rounds. The first round, 'Sell Yourself' is where I had to send a video application that was followed by a questionnaire. For the second round I met key stakeholders from the company. For the third round, I met an SDR manager And for the final round, the HR round I met two employees from the HR department. I felt the interview process was very thorough and I enjoyed the entire process and it went really smooth thanks to the coordinator who was in touch with me.

SEAMLESS!! I had a brilliant time interviewing with Outplay and learned a lot in the process. 5 rounds in total but not once did I feel overwhelmed. The interview process gave me a glimpse of the culture at Outplay and I couldn't be more pleased with the impression.
