The process was composed of 3 steps: a first interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a second interview with the Head of the area I was applying to and a case study, with the duration of 9 days, followed by a presentation to the team. The process was difficult and demanding, but very fair and simple. The communication with HR and the process as a whole were very enjoyable, despite the difficulty of the interviews.
