The interview process was really interesting as I had 4 different interviews, 1 being in OutSystems office and the other 3 through web conference. I was impressed especially by the last ones as they were so different and so engaging as well. Each leader had a different interview style but always aiming for transparency and so open to questions and giving further information on how the company worked. This really showed me they were honest and reliable.
