Phone interview then a face to face one application, there was no tests, I had to wait for an hour for the interview, however I was there on the agreed time, the Interviewer did not apologize for keeping me waiting, so I was pissed off already, even when I went to their reception I did not find me name in the list, the I showed the reception the confirmation mail, though she had to call the HR to ask her in order to let me in, application was only one paper as I'm applying for a CS vacancy, the interview was easy however the interviewer was doing her best to get a rise out of me
