Very difficult to understand the person pre-screening. Scheduled a virtual interview last minute and then canceled 5 minutes before it was suppose to start. Very unfortunate that it did not work out. I wish them the best but they would grow as a company if slightly more professional.

Very simple process if you are getting hired for Corporate position
If you are developer or in any IT team, you will work for Oran's client and the interview might be only 30 mins phone call, or 1 hr phone call followed by 1 hr F2F interview

The first interview was over the phone, which lead to two different in-person interviews, which went very well. After the second interview, I was brought in to meet the Program Manager (they say if you meet him, then that means that you got the job).
