Interview
Get a phone interview through campus career fair (calculate simple math questions, I think acceptance is based on correctness and efficiency, this part is not hard), the phone interview asked about behavior questions like why do you want to be a trader, how do you know our company, what books do you read, etc.

Question 1
All are usual questions, but I might not be prepared
The following proces:
1st round were games, including mental math, memory games
2nd round was hr interview, asking questions about motivation
3rd round: technical interview
4th round: technical interview
5th round: at office
I only got past the online assessment and got to the first round which was a HR interview. The online assessment involves 2 tests, probability questions and one with some form of games which test your reaction time, your thinking etc. it was quite fun to do

One thing they asked was my experience/what I did for trading. Unfortunately, I had no experience within trading.
80x8 Test : mental math exercise where I had to solve 80 short arithmetic problems in 8 minutes without using a calculator or paper. The questions are usually simple in structure—typically involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division of small numbers
